Olivia Pope of OPA along with her assistant Harrison go in search of a high profile clients son. He is accused of rape and is late for court. Liv and Harrison find him in a hotel with yet another woman and they hurry to get him out of bed and dressed.

Quinn arrives with coffee. Abby lays into Stephen over the phone. Sharon asks about the photo albums. Abby grabs the albums while Stephen notices suspicious vehicles. David from the D.A. is inside the towncar.

The team attempts to sum up the jury to predict their high profile client’s chances of beating charges of rape. They arrive at the decision that the jury is likely to convict him. Liv and the team advise the client to settle out of court. They later discovered that his accuser had set him up as revenge for her friend who was raped and killed her self as a result.
