At a bar, Rene arrives to meet with Butterfield, she gives him his 20 requested articles then tells him off and begins to march out of the bar when a busboy comes out with wrenching news.
Betty & Jo ask Marilyn to come the park; the Astrofamilies walk with their cookout equipment and setup; Rene cries by a tree; Annie tells John he has run for office; The Astrofamilies gather at park.
