People party in the streets of the quarter; Klaus finds Lucien openly dining at a bar, dismissing his dates for Klaus, Lucien tells Klaus about this company and its endeavours as they drink. 
Marcel arrives at the ball, Aya greets him and excorts him around; Hayley & Elijah arrive, Hayley notices the vampire staring at Elijah, he tells her about the Strix and siring them.Â
