Opening scene; smoke from Terminus billows in the distance. 
Opening scene; Rick, Daryl, Glenn and Bob are lined up before a trough, where the the Terminus "butchers" begin slaughtering captives, including Sam.
In a post-credits scene, Morgan finds the "No Sanctuary" sign before walking into the woods, following strange "X" carvings on a tree.Â
Rick finds one of the Terminus signs, altering it to read "No Sanctuary".
Daryl is reunited with Carol; Tyreese is reunited with Sasha; Rick and Carl are reunited with Judith.
Mary informs Carol of the origins of Terminus, before Carol shoots her and leaves her for the walkers; Tyreese is forced to surrender his weapons when the prisoner, Martin, threatens Judith.
A herd of walkers marches towards Carol, Tyreese and Judith, before gunshots turn their attention towards Terminus.
One of the men who took over Terminus, now crazed, tells Rick "we're the same", before being killed by a walker.
From outside Terminus, Carol fires at a propane tank, causing a massive explosion.
Carol approaches Terminus and spots Rick and co. being dragged away into the slaughter house.
In a flashback, Gareth, Alex and Mary huddle in a train car as violent men assault their group. Gareth remarks "you're either the butcher or the cattle".Â
